What we cannot help with

We are not a government department. We cannot look at your National Insurance record, check an entitlement, take an application or tell you about a case that is in progress. Please do not send us your National Insurance number, bank details, login details, award letters or medical information.

For your own case, the official routes are:

• the Pension Service for a State Pension you already receive, and Pension Credit,
• Check your State Pension forecast on GOV.UK if you have not yet reached State Pension age,
• HMRC for Income Tax, National Insurance, Stamp Duty and Making Tax Digital,
• MoneyHelper for free, impartial guidance backed by the government.
