Spread the word: The American Red Cross now faces a severe blood shortage due to an unprecedented number of blood drive cancellations. (There have been 73 cancellations so far in Oregon, resulting in 2,024 fewer units of blood collected. Since each unit can be used to help three people, that will affect at least 6,000 potential blood recipients.)
